A Proposal for Aubrey Marcus

The Transmission & The Kingdom

A body of work released on rhythm, carried across four platforms, and the quiet architecture beneath it that turns the people who find you into an audience that is yours to reach.

The Build

Every piece does two jobs at once.

The first is transmission. Each piece carries your intentional truth further out, in your voice, without dilution. That is the legacy work, and it is the reason any of this exists.

The second is architecture. Each piece is also a door. Someone watches, feels the resonance, and there is a way for them to go deeper that same minute. A resource worth having, given freely, in exchange for a way to reach them directly.

What follows is the whole build in detail: the content, the studio it is filmed in, the system that moves it, and the funnel that turns strangers into people you own the relationship with. No filler. Just the map.

The same twenty pieces do all of this. Nothing extra to film, nothing extra to think about.

Movement One

The Transmission

Twenty pieces a month, cut to a style built for you, and posted everywhere at once.

Twenty pieces a month

Fully edited, captioned, and posted. One filming rhythm feeds the whole month, and the cadence holds without you thinking about it again.

Your editing style

We develop a signature and then hold it: custom on-screen captions and typography, color grade, cut rhythm, motion. A look that is recognizably yours at thumbnail size and nobody else's.

Real-world B-roll

Footage with actual texture behind the words. The imagery carries as much of the transmission as the audio does, and we treat it that way.

Animated AI, where it serves

For the pieces that call for it, animated sequences that visualize something no camera can reach. Used for storytelling, never as filler, and never as a substitute for the real thing.

SEO captions

Every caption written for search as well as for the reader, so the work keeps surfacing months after it posts. Written in your voice, not optimized into blandness.

Social strategy

Posting rhythm, format mix, hook structure, and how each piece sets up the next. A structure that compounds rather than a calendar that fills.

Filmed once. Living in four worlds.

One recording, four appearances. The same piece is repositioned across all four feeds, in front of four audiences who each found you a different way, so a single afternoon of filming keeps compounding long after it is over. As the numbers show us where the work lands hardest, we can begin building content made for one platform rather than carried to all of them.

Home Base

Instagram

Where the audience is already thriving, and where the ManyChat automations live. The comment to conversation mechanic runs here.

Discovery

TikTok

The widest reach for a cold audience and the fastest signal on what a hook is actually doing. Depending on account verification, we can potentially run ManyChat flows here as well.

Longevity

YouTube Shorts

Where a piece keeps working long after it posts, and where the search value of the captions compounds hardest.

The Discourse

X

Where an idea gets argued with rather than consumed. The content you have been posting fits well on X.

The Content Tracker

Where your part ends.

A custom tracker holds every piece at its exact stage, from first idea to the moment it lands in the Drive for our editors. The stages before the handoff are yours, but never yours alone: we are always available for creative collaboration on ideas, scripting, and topics.

In Austin

We come to you and build the set.

We are local, so this happens in person rather than over a call. Camera position and height, how the key light falls so you get real depth instead of a flat wash, what sits behind you and how far back it is, and the sound.

The goal is a corner of your world that is permanently ready. You walk in, sit down, and record. No setup, no decisions, no friction between having the thought and capturing it. That is what makes batching sustainable instead of a monthly ordeal.

Movement Two

The Kingdom

Content earns the attention. This is what turns it into an audience you actually own.

1
The Gift

A suite of lead magnets

Designed resources built around the core topics you actually speak to, each one made with the highest quality and the most beautiful design we can put into it. The reaction we are designing for is exact: if this is what he is giving away for free, I can only imagine what the paid offering is like. That feeling is the entire mechanism, and it only happens when the free thing is genuinely excellent.

2
The Conversation

ManyChat, built end to end

We handle all of it: the keyword, the copy, the branching logic, and the A/B testing on every part of it. Someone comments, and within seconds they are in a conversation that reads like a person rather than a bot, and it ends with them holding something valuable.

3
The Capture

Tagged, sequenced, and yours

The exchange for the resource is an email address, and it lands in your email client tagged by exactly which piece and which topic brought them in. That segmentation is what makes every future funnel land, because you know what each person came for before you ever write to them.

4
The Nurture

At least three emails behind every automation

The resource is not the end of it. Behind each automation sits a sequence that keeps giving on that same topic, so the relationship deepens on its own. By the time there is ever something to offer, they have already received far more than they gave, and the ask lands as an invitation instead of a pitch.

A following is rented. An email list is owned. Everything here is built to create a larger following and translate that into an asset.

Outer Presence

Reading the Signal

Tested, tracked, and tuned.

Performance is tracked continuously rather than reviewed at the end of a month. Each platform gets its own strategy tested against it, because what earns a rewatch on TikTok is not what earns a reply on X.

Weekly

What moved

Hooks, lengths, openings, and formats read against real numbers, then fed straight into the next batch rather than filed in a report.

Per Platform

Separate lanes

What works on Shorts gets tested independently from what works on X. Four platforms means four sets of learnings, not one average.

On the Funnel

All the way down

Keyword choice, DM copy, magnet performance, open rates. We test the whole descent, not only the top of it.

The Horizon

What this becomes next.

Full email marketing

The nurture sequences are the beginning of it. When you want the whole email engine inside this retainer, campaigns, launches, list re-engagement and the sales flow, that is a conversation for us to have and an easy layer to add. The infrastructure is already being built for it.

Platform-specific content

Once the twenty a month is running clean, we can add work made for a single platform rather than adapted to it. Medium-form YouTube is the obvious first one, and we handle that editing too.

More volume, when it earns it

Twenty is where we start because it is the cadence that holds quality. When the data says more would compound rather than dilute, we scale it deliberately.

The work already carries. This is the architecture that carries it further.

Sit with the shape of it. The numbers are a conversation for the room, and we will have it in person.
